It is in this tradition that Quick Spa uses traditional healing methods to aid in our communities ability to heal themselves and others. Massage is a key element to a healthy, happy lifestyle. Western medicine focuses mostly on symptomatic diagnosis utilizing mainly drugs and surgery to correct these illnesses. Manual manipulative medicine, of which massage is a part, helps to prevent or recover from injury or dis-ease. Massage is an intuitive form of healing; as a child when your tummy aches, rubbing the area with an empathetic touch seems to lessen the pain. Through out history every culture uses massage as a means to relieve pain and injury.
