Quick Spa recognizes that your time is valuable, and ask our customers to please respect our time as well. We wrote these policies to be fair to all of our customers and employees.
In Office Appointment policyOut Call Appointment Policies
- A credit card is required to reserve your appointment space.
- Please call us with cancellations or changes for services. (Accepted up to 2 business hours prior to your appointment during operation hours: 9am-9pm Mon-Sat). After that time we regret that we will be required to charge you 60% of the service booked.
- “No shows’ will be charged 100% of scheduled service. After the second occurrence ‘no shows’ shall lose the privilege of booking appointments in advance.
- We regret that late arrivals may not receive any extension if there is a booking immediately following the scheduled treatment time.
- An adult must accompany minors (17 and under).
- Gift certificates are non-refundable. Only store credit can be given if the customer has remaining value left on their gift certificate.
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Modalities are subject to availability of qualified therapist.
- If you are dissatisfied with your treatment a refund will be given only within the first 1/3 of your session.
- We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
- Merchandise credit or exchanges given upon approval.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual. Therapeutic services only.
- A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
- Therapists are required to check in by phone before and after a session. Any extension request must be reported and approved by the therapist to the home office.
