Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out the medical history form. Our therapists are trained to work within your comfort range. Please inform your therapist of what areas you wish to be worked on and what type of pressure you prefer.
- Your privacy will be maintained at all times. Your body will be covered with draped sheets and towels.
- Quick, Thai Shiatsu, Fijian massage is performed over the clothes. Please where comfortable loose clothes. A change of clothes may be provided.
- A swimsuit, sports bra or undergarments are appropriate for Clinical work; we will only uncover the area to be worked while the rest of your body is covered.
- Lomi Lomi, Hot Stone, Cupping and Spa Treatments are performed directly on the skin. Your therapist will only uncover the area to be worked while the rest of your body is covered.
- A treatment lasting 10-20mins will only focus on a few effected areas (Ex; neck & shoulders, back only.) Sessions lasting between 30-45mins may cover half the body in some detail (Ex: Neck, shoulders and arms, mid and low back, hips and legs). A 60min session can be full body (head to toe) or a few areas can receive lots of attention. Treatments from 75-120mins are very thorough, working the head, neck, shoulders, chest, arms, hands, fingers, mid and low back, hips, legs, feet and toes!
